Our skills in project and contract management, together with engineering expertise provide a valuable resource in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently. 

We have delivered project and contract management services on projects ranging from minor works to large multi-disciplined infrastructure projects, and across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

JRC staff have undertaken training by Standards Australia in the application and administration of a number of contracts including AS2124 and AS4300.  In addition staff have been trained by NSW RailCorp for projects delivered under government general conditions of contract.
